A futuristic racing game where players compete in a high-speed hovercar racing tournament. In the year 2560, multi-billionaires with lethargic lifestyles created a new form of entertainment based on the Formula One races called "F-Zero".
F-Zero is one of the most exciting Racing video games! The characters, the action, and the sure thrill of excitement makes this game a fun non-stop playing time! Below is a brief look how I think the game is!

Game Play: The game play is very good. There is really basic controls here and is easy to perform. Novice gamers should have a good time here!

Graphics: The graphics are wonderful especially for the Super Nintendo System! The backgrounds are really beautiful!

Difficulty: The game is easy but as it goes on you find out that it will become more difficult!

Music: The music is great! Just fantastic catchy tunes through out the game! In My opinion its some of the best music ever in a video game!

Sound: The sound is great. Nuff said!

Overall: I have always loved F-Zero! If you like racing adventure games then I strongly recommend you play this game!
As a child, I played many hours of "F-Zero" on the Super Nintendo, back when it was at the height of graphic gaming. Though always a bit disappointed that no two-player option existed, I still had a lot of fun mastering the controls and trying to perfect the different courses.

Fast-forward about 20 years: When it comes to racing games, F-Zero still holds up for a number of reasons...

-The graphics (though obviously not "state of the art" anymore) still look really cool and unique. The whole "hover-racing" concept was truly one-of-a-kind. -The music is perhaps the best soundtrack ever created for a video game. I can play tracks over and over again just to listen to the music. -The tight controls. I don't think I've played a racing game to this day where the controls are so tight. This creates a fairly high level of difficulty, as there is little margin for error, but it makes for an experience that stands the test of time. At one point in my life, I was playing this game on Expert level. After not playing for roughly 15 years, I can still slip back into the general feel...but have to start back at beginner again! Basically, the controls are just difficult enough to never truly be able to master, while just simple enough to be able to get the hang of them fairly quickly.

Overall, "F-Zero" is one of the best games ever produced for the SNES. It's cool concept, great music, and endearing controls make it a game that will last much longer still. It's many sequels have been hit-or-miss, but none have ever quite lived up to this incredible original
